VAMCC Matrimonial

The VAMCC Matrimonial Service is provided exclusively for Tamil Catholic members of the Velankanni Arulmigu Matha Catholic Community (VAMCC) and affiliated families. The service is intended to facilitate introductions between eligible Catholic singles for the purpose of holy matrimony.
Profiles may only be submitted by individuals who are: (a) baptised Catholics, (b) at least 18 years of age, (c) currently unmarried or legally free to marry according to Canon Law. Submission of false or misleading information will result in immediate removal of the profile.
All profiles are subject to review by the VAMCC administration before being published. The administration reserves the right to decline or remove any profile at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, current, and complete. VAMCC does not verify the information provided and accepts no liability for inaccuracies.
Contact details shared in your profile are visible only to VAMCC administrators and are not displayed publicly on the website. Details may be shared with another party only upon mutual interest and with your consent.
Users must not misuse this service for commercial, fraudulent, or any non-matrimonial purpose. Any harassment or misuse of contact information obtained through this service is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
VAMCC provides this service in good faith as a community support initiative. It does not guarantee any match or matrimonial outcome and accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any introduction facilitated through this service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
When you submit a matrimonial profile, we collect the following information: your full name, date of birth, gender, height, native place, education, occupation, city, country, parish, diocese, mass participation details, family background, partner preferences, a profile photo (if uploaded), and contact details (name, phone, email).
Your information is used solely to: (a) display your profile on the VAMCC Matrimonial section (excluding private contact details), (b) allow VAMCC administrators to review and manage profiles, and (c) share your contact information with another party only upon mutual interest and your explicit consent.
Your contact details (phone number, email address) are never displayed publicly. Only your name, photo, education, occupation, location, and religious details are visible on the public matrimonial listing after admin approval.
Your data is stored securely in our database hosted on our church website server. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it from unauthorised access. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your profile and associated data will be retained for as long as it remains active. You may request removal of your profile at any time by contacting the VAMCC administration.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third-party commercial entities. Data is shared only within the VAMCC community administration and with the express purpose of facilitating matrimonial introductions.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact the VAMCC administration through the official church contact channels.
